I'm in my 50's, so I was looking for a serum for my combination skin.Pro - It's thick enough to protect the skin on my face even in heavily air conditioned areas (like my work office). I noticed improvement on my fine lines. Works well under moisturizers. Doesn't cause breakouts on my acne prone skin. Skin looks dewy.Con - This might be a turn off for some people because it IS mucous-like.I don't wear makeup because it causes bad breakouts, so I can't say if it makes applying makeup difficult. However, I highly recommend for combination or dry skin.
This is an awesome product. Have used snail mucin before, a different brand but this is GREAT. Goes on so smooth and absorbs well. Only a small amount needed for face and neck. My dry skin from living in a desert area is gone. I apply it to my damp face and keeps my skin hydrated all day. Great sized bottle and the price is super. Will definitely continue to buy this.
I've been using the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence for several months now, and the changes in my skin have been truly remarkable. From the first few weeks, I noticed deep hydration. Soothed my face a lot. Also cleared up some red spots caused by past acne. I found out I was allergic to an ingredient in another product, and this helped it be less itchy/painful while it healed (kind of like aloe vera).
