TERGlow.com provides various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.


Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
  • Standard Shipping: This is free for orders over $50; otherwise, there's a flat rate of $4.99. 
  • Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days within the contiguous United States. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an extra $9.99, with a delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • SkinPass Subscription: For just $6.99 per month, subscribers get free standard shipping on all orders, with no MINIMUM purchase required. This includes free shipping on returns and exchanges.


Order Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. During sales or holidays, processing might take longer.


Shipping Confirmation: After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's journey.


Address Accuracy: You must provide an accurate shipping address. If your order returns due to incorrect details, you'll need to cover the cost of resending.


Lost or Damaged Shipments: Should your shipment be lost or damaged, inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue, possibly by filing a claim.


Delivery: While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee exact times due to external factors like carrier delays.


Signature Requirement: For high-value orders or at our discretion, a signature might be required upon delivery. If you're unavailable, your package could be held for pickup at a local depot or post office.


Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may have shipping limitations due to their nature, like liquids or aerosols. You'll be notified if your order includes such items that can't be shipped to your address.
